1. Eligibility for Returns:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. Free Returns:

Returns and replacements are free of cost if you receive:

• Incorrect products (incomplete sets or incorrect style)
• Incorrect sizes (a size other than what was ordered)
• Damaged products

3. Return Process:

• Order number
• Courier docket number or AWB number
• Reason for return

4. Guidelines for a Valid Return:

To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Products and accessories (if any) should be in their original condition.
• Tags should be retained and returned.
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Jewellery
• Custom-made products
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process:

You can easily cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. The entire order amount will be refunded.
