Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Refund Process:

Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of receiving your refund request and authorization.

2. Refund Timeline:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return

3. Mode of Refund:

For both cancelled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect styles, wrong sizes, or defective products), the refund amount will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) used for the original purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through NEFT.

4. Required Documentation for Refunds:

In certain cases, we may require product images and tags:

  • Defective product received: Only product image required.
  • Wrong product received: Both product and tag images required.
  • Wrong size received: Both product and tag images required.
  • Unsatisfied with colour (faded/blurred): Only product image required.
  • Product differs from website representation: Only product image required.
  • Incomplete order received: Only tag image required.

Your refund will be initiated within 10 business days of receiving the necessary documentation and authorization.
